A hangover is called a malaise resulting from the consumption of excessive amounts of alcohol. Ethanol, which is present in alcoholic beverages, is responsible for the state of alcohol intoxication. It is excreted from the body practically in its entirety in a modified form, disturbing the functioning of the body. This process causes tiredness, headache, dry mouth, general exhaustion.
Symptoms of hangover
Among the most typical symptoms of hangover, we distinguish:
- a headache;
- sensitivity to light;
- dry mouth;
- sleepiness, tiredness;
- accelerated heartbeat;
- the trembling of the limbs;
- deterioration of concentration.
Interestingly, not every person with excessive alcohol consumption reacts in the same way. We all have a different tolerance for alcohol and for one or two glasses of wine it’s too much, while for some it’s not even a lot of pure vodka that will do the damage. - 200 ml of fresh grapefruit juice;
- grapefruit peel (approx. 1 cm);
- Two kiwis;
- 5 leaves of fresh basil;
- Three ice cubes.

Green parsley cocktail, orange, cucumber, banana, kiwi and ginger
- a slice of ginger;
- One cucumber;
- One orange;
- One kiwi;
- 0.5 parsley parsley;
- a few ice cubes;
- a couple of fresh mint leaves;
- half a glass of water or yogurt;

Cocktail of kefir with banana, watermelon, lemon and strawberries.
- 3 medium bananas;
- 2-3 slices of watermelon;

– Two handfuls of spinach;
- 1 mature avocado;
- Two bananas;
