What is a regenerative cocktail?
A regenerative cocktail is a drink whose purpose is to support the regeneration processes and create conditions for the body to quickly restore its balance. They should contain products containing full nutrients for proper nutrition of muscles and tissues.
Regenerative cocktails improve immunity, support skin health, stimulate brain cells, accelerate metabolism and thus fat burning. They nourish the muscles, stimulate their regeneration processes and help to get rid of acids faster and prepare the body for further action.

Who should use regenerative cocktails?
Due to its high nutritional value, regenerative cocktails can be drunk by everyone, although they are especially recommended for athletes, people who work physically and those who feel mentally tired.
A regeneration cocktail has a positive effect not only on the work of our body but also on the mind, so anyone who feels tired in any way can top up with such a product.
Regenerative cocktails – what should they contain?
After exercise, the body shows an increased need for minerals, nutrients and electrolytes. After a good workout it is also important to inhibit muscle catabolism.
The most obvious ingredients of energy cocktails are protein and carbohydrates (because it is their tired body that needs the most). Leucine, creatine and citrulline are also useful for regeneration, but these are supplements that we can supply separately. Regenerative cocktails contain the most natural products possible, rich in vitamins, minerals, energy and proteins.
Although there are many different types of regeneration products in sports supplement stores, they are not only expensive but also lacking in diversity. Of course, we can bet on something like that, but from time to time it is worth to try a little and create a regeneration cocktail on your own.
Ingredients useful for making a regenerative cocktail:
- protein conditioner – the conditioners are available in various flavours, we can also benefit from natural flavourless protein;
- Fruit and vegetables – preferably fresh, as they contain the most nutrients. If we do not have access to them, we can use frozen fruit;
- water, milk, kefir or buttermilk;
- various flavours (oatmeal, almond, nut, chia seed, etc.).
Cocktails for regeneration – recipes
Regulation No 1 Raspberry cocktail
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of skinny cottage cheese;
- a glass of 2% or vegetable milk (e.g. oats, soya, coconut);
- a glass of raspberries or other berries (e.g. blueberries);
- mint leaves.
Preparation: all ingredients are blended. Finally, we add the mint leaves. Add a few leaves of mint.
Nutritional values: 235 kcal, protein: 27 g, carbohydrates: 22 g, fat: 4 g
Recipe No 2 Chocolate cocktail with chia and fruit
Ingredients:
- 2 chia seed spoons;
- 1/2 cup of oat milk;
- a spoonful of cocoa;
- a teaspoonful of maple syrup or honey;
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon;
- Bitter chocolate cube min. 80% of the cocoa pulp;
- a small handful of forest fruits.
Preparation: mix all the ingredients with a blender or blender. Cover and set aside in the fridge for an hour so that the seeds can absorb the liquid. Mix a cooled cocktail if it’s too thick, you can add some milk. Sprinkle with grated bitter chocolate and fruit.
Nutritional values: 250 kcal, carbohydrates 24 g, protein: 9 g, fat: 13 g.
Recipe No. 3 Regenerative cocktail with spinach
Ingredients:
- two handfuls of fresh spinach leaves;
- 180 g of natural yoghurt;
- a few leaves of fresh basil;
- a handful of sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds.
Preparation: Mix chopped spinach and basil with natural yoghurt. Pour the sunflower into a hot dry frying pan and roast. Add to the cocktail, mix everything.
Nutritional value: 280 kcal, protein: 21 g, carbohydrates: 20 g, fat: 13 g.
